Stoned Baked Open Flame Pizza
The pizza’s are Neapolitan type, simple, light & full of flavor.
The dough is made fresh and goes through a slow rise for at least 72hrs. This gives a more complex flavor and makes for a light crust and crunch, a soft inside and slightly chewy texture!
The sauce is San Marzano tomato true to Italy and of course our very own Cornish sea salt.
All the pizza toppings are the very best from local suppliers and butchers. We only use Buffalo & Foir di Latte mozzarella!
