The pizza’s are Neapolitan type, simple, light & full of flavour.
The dough is made fresh and goes through a slow rise for at least 72hrs. This gives a more complex flavour and makes for a light crust and crunch, a soft inside and slightly chewy texture!

The sauce is San Marzano tomato true to Italy and of course our very own Cornish sea salt.

All the pizza toppings are the very best from local suppliers and butchers. We only use Buffalo mozzarella!

Prosciutto, black olives, flat mushroom, mozzarella & tomato

Pollo Forza

Sliced chicken breast, hot chilli, sweet, spicy Roquito peppers, roasted peppers, garlic oil, mozzarella & tomato & finished with Gran Milano cheese

Mozzarella, oregano & sliced tomatoes!

Sliced flat mushroom, mozzarella, rosemary & garlic oil
