Our Signature Whole Cotswold Lamb seasoned with black pepper and sea salt flakes, rubbed with olive oil, chopped rosemary, garlic and lemon zest then slow roasted over flames with plenty of basting to ensure the meat absorbed’s flavour and becomes juicy and succulent, our lamb roasts are served in freshly baked bread rolls with buttered sage and onion stuffing and a choice of fresh mint sauce or red current jelly.

MOROCCAN PULLED LAMB

Rubbed with Ras Al Hanout spice blend & Moroccan rose harissa paste, left to marinate for 24 hours then slow roasted & basted to give a moist and flavoursome meat, served in flat breads with pomegranates, coriander, sauteed red onion, chilli sauce & mint yogurt
