Whole Cotswold lamb seasoned with black pepper and sea salt flakes, rubbed with olive oil, chopped rosemary, garlic and lemon zest then slow roasted and basted over flames to ensure the meat is served juicy and succulent, our lamb roasts are served in freshly baked bread rolls with moist sage and onion stuffing and a choice of fresh mint sauce and red current jelly.

MOROCCAN PULLED LAMB

Rubbed with Ras Al Hanout spice blend & Moroccan rose harissa paste, left to marinate for 24 hours then slow roasted & basted to give a moist and flavoursome meat, served in flatbreads with Red Hot chilli sauce and mint raita.
