Hog Roast
The Lazy Pig hog roasts are served with succulent hot fresh meat served straight from the roasting oven with crispy golden crackling, we rub the skin of all our hogs with olive oil and sea salt flakes to give the crackling its wonderful flavour and crunch, then the meat is placed steaming hot into our freshly baked soft bread rolls with the all important sweet and savoury taste combination of Bramley Apple sauce and moist sage and onion stuffing, a true British favourite!
